DICloak Weekly Update: Stronger Security, Easier Management

DICloak is constantly evolving with weekly updates. Last week, we introduced features designed to enhance profile management and strengthen privacy protection. Building on that, we're introducing Extension Security Protection, Profile Preferences, My Share, API Edit Member, and Automatic DICloak Update settings. With new personalization and team management options, it’s now easier to manage profiles and stay up to date.

Account Sharing Enhancements

Security Protection to Prevent Extension Tampering

This feature blocks team members from modifying DICloak extension files, ensuring that sensitive account information—like cookies, passwords, and personal data—remains fully protected and secure from accidental or intentional leaks.

Click the icon in the top-right corner to enable security protection. Once activated, multiple settings to enhance security are applied at once. If the extension is modified while the profile is open, a pop-up alert will notify users to contact the admin for assistance.

You can also navigate to Global settings and manually enable the security option in the Browser for enhanced protection.

Edit Member via API

You can now manage members’ account settings in bulk via the API, making the management of shared accounts more efficient and streamlined. For details, see DICloak Help Center → Team Management → API requests, and contact our customer service.

Efficient Profile Management

Profiles – Added “My Share” section

The new My Share section allows you to view records of profiles shared by team members. If you don’t want certain profiles to be shared, administrators can simply choose Cancel Sharing.

Personal Settings Improvements

We’ve added Profile Preferences under Personal Settings. You can now adjust General / Fingerprint / Advanced Settings once and apply them as default options when creating profiles, making setup faster and more efficient.

Automatic DICloak Update Settings

In Global Settings, you can now enable Auto Update to automatically upgrade to the latest version whenever a new release is available. This ensures the entire team can immediately access the newest features without manual updates.
