In my other video, I showed how these listings here at the top of Airbnb get a ton of views. They get a ton of action. They're doing really, really great. But if you scroll way down to the bottom, you get to some Airbnb hosts that are not making any money at all, and they're not getting any action on their listings at all. The way that you make money is by actually approaching those people and telling them, 'Hey, I will promote your listing for you. All I want is 20% of each listing.' The second biggest thing that will get more rentals for these Airbnb owners is their pricing. And the nice thing about that is their pricing can be totally automated by some software called AirDNA. And what AirDNA does is it actually goes out and it scans all the Airbnb listings in the area and it makes sure that your Airbnb listing is listed just below the pricing of everybody else in the area. Super, super powerful. And you can actually connect your Airbnb listing to this software.
