Usage restrictions

1. When making a purchase through the Services, Frase requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including your credit card number, billing address, and shipping details.

2. Frase assumes that you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with your purchase and that all provided information is true and complete.

3. The Services may use third-party services to facilitate payment and complete purchases, and by submitting your information, Frase obtains the right to share it with these third parties in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Frase reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order for reasons such as product or service availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

5. Subscriptions to the Services with Frase automatically renew for additional terms unless you provide a notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription term.

6. If you cancel your subscription, Frase will terminate the Services at the end of the current subscription term, and you will not be entitled to refunds or credits for amounts already paid.

7. Frase requires you to pay all applicable fees for the Services as specified on the invoice and mandates that any disputes be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.

8. Payments made for the Services to Frase are final and non-refundable, and full payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date if payment is made via invoice.

9. Frase reserves the right to suspend your access to the Services if payment is not made within 30 days of a non-payment notice, though access will not be suspended during a valid dispute.

10. Frase requires that you provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account with the Services. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of your account.
