Welcome back to Alpha drop! My name is Ron; I'm joined with Martin and Michael. What's up? Now today is a very exciting day because the one and only cc2 Ventures is back. It's been a very long time. Now, for those of you guys who don't know who cc2 Ventures is, regarded as the airdrop God, this is his, you know, welcome back post. And there's a lot to learn from this post in terms of where the airdrop meta is going on. And he's also reinforcing a very core message that we have for this channel as airdrop Farmers, okay, so let's start with it.
Long time no see. The reason for my absence can be summed up by the fact that there hasn't really been anything exciting to farm since Wormhole. There, zero z sing blah blah blah other high-profile projects airdrop. It's without a doubt that the dubbed golden year of airdrops is behind us. It became glaringly obvious after the most diligent Farm mowers walked away with literal high six low seven figs by manually pressing buttons for months on end. Since April 2023, a l free money glitch that happened since Arbitrum air-dropped a ridiculous amount of governance power, as predicted, it is now fully institutionalized and has reached critical mass, as most participants are now fully aware of how the playbook works, not to mention the proliferation of sophisticated bots entering the arena.
That's true; we're seeing a lot of bots also now, a lot of airdrop Farmers; the retail is getting smarter, right? And to add fuel to the fire, market participants smartened up, coupled with financial nihilism. This makes them less likely to buy VC bags anymore; they would rather gamble their money on pristine meme coins, basically. So you essentially get a deadly mix of valuation compression, hundreds of meme coins and VC coins entering the market, which leads to altcoin dilution. Look at BTC dominance, and we'll look at this later on to see why it will take a while for alts to really, you know, have the altcoin season jump-start again compared to BTC dominance. Not enough participants to bid them all, not like 2021. Okay, so same thing here, and the projects, the Blue Chip projects that he's looking at now is Monad, Bar Chain, as well as Scroll. Okay, but for the different criteria that we originally thought of.
For Monad, it's going to be a lot of social activity; this I have nailed down right; you grind on Discord if you can if you have the time to do that or you're hunting for NFT whitelist from projects deploying on Monad. But for Bee Chain, because so many people are farming the test net, it's way too diluted. CC2 Ventures thinks that holding NFTs from certain Bee Chain communities 'cause there's quite a few NFT collections that relate to Bee Chain, they're part of this Bee Chain family if you hold those NFTs, then you will get the Bear Chain airdrop, and nine out of ten times CC2 Ventures is correct with these analyses. For ZKY, he knew that liquidity provision was key for getting the airdrop.
Hope is not lost; Niche, obscure, under the radar projects will continue printing forever. Yes, alright, and this is something that we've been saying for the longest time on this channel is they need us as a community. There is a 100% guarantee that people will need community members, and the best way to motivate them is with free money, and we know that crypto people, they'll always take the easiest way to out which is just throw money at people, right? Money to the masses. Alright, so this is what we've been focusing on; we've been focusing on isolating the more Niche ones. This is good or bad, alright, this is good or bad. One, it's good in a sense that gives you guys a lot of alpha, right? Show them the spreadsheet R that's let's bring that spreadsheet out again ‘cause we've been compiling, we've been adding more to the spreadsheets, there's some big ones, some small ones, but the small ones technically are the ones you pay attention to. So even if they have like 200, 300, 400 views on YouTube, we'll still do them, right? That's the policy we've been making now on the Alpha drop Channel which is we are put it on the list and even if they're small Niche, we'll talk about it because the small ones they have so much fewer.
