Usage restrictions

1. Leonardo AI accounts are required to access and use the platform and services. Each user must sign up with accurate and updated information, including a valid email address.

2. Team Plans allow multiple Authorized Users under one account. Authorized Users must comply with the platform's terms and conditions, and their access rights can be managed by the account owner.

3. Usernames and passwords must be kept secure and confidential. Sharing account credentials or passwords with others is strictly prohibited.

4. Leonardo AI may delete accounts that remain inactive for 12 months or longer. Users will be notified via email before account deletion.

5. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, and users are responsible for paying fees on time. Late payments may result in suspended access or additional interest charges.

6. Subscriptions can be paused for up to three months per period, during which access to services will be suspended, and no fees will be charged.

7. Upgrading or downgrading a subscription is allowed at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are applied at the start of the next billing cycle.

8. Users are prohibited from using the platform for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities, including unauthorized access, spamming, or transmitting malicious software.

9. Unauthorized use of another user's account or attempts to bypass security features are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

10. The platform may not be used to generate or share content deemed offensive, harmful, or unlawful, such as depictions of violence, exploitation, or discrimination.

How to share Leonardo.AI accounts?

Step 01

Download and install DICloak software to start your account sharing journey.
