In this video, I'm going to show you how you can make 1,000 YouTube shorts in 1 hour. That's right, not one YouTube short, not two YouTube shorts, but 1,000 YouTube shorts in one hour. Now why would you want to do this? The thing is, right now YouTube is trying to expand their YouTube shorts. All their videos used to be just normal YouTube videos, but now they're trying to compete with Tik Tok and make their shorts videos grow. And as a result, they're giving brand new beginners tons and tons of views just for releasing YouTube shorts. Now is a great time to get started making YouTube shorts because it's much easier to grow a Channel right now using YouTube shorts than it ever has been before.
I'm currently doing this exact technique myself. We literally just started and our YouTube shorts are already generating thousands and thousands of views. And actually on another Channel, the amazing thing is it can be done without any fancy software, without any video editing knowledge, and we're going to get AI to actually produce the content of the shorts for us. And that's how we're going to be able to do it very, very quickly.
You can make so much money on YouTube right now, it's crazy. And so we want to ensure that you make some of that money yourself. And the way that you can ensure to do that is to produce as many videos as possible and to publish as many videos as possible, which is what this video is going to show you how to do.
So the first step you got to do before you even get in making the videos is picking a niche topic. What topic are the videos going to be about? Now I have an example on my screen right here of a motivational type, and I've actually done a YouTube channel (a different Channel than this) where I also posted motivational content like you see here. This content does really, really well. But you could do any kind of content that you find interesting; you could do gaming, you could do food, movie breakdowns, the list goes on and on.
But one thing is, try to do a topic that you know a little bit about or that you feel somewhat passionate about, because that'll make it a lot easier for you to create content about it. Now for the sake of the example in this video, we're actually going to do a trivia Channel. And what do I mean by a trivia Channel? Well, I'll show you this channel right here. I'm going to look on social blade that shows you the stats. If you look at this channel, it's making around $220,000 per month just doing trivia. And you can see all the videos that they've posted; they're posting a video almost every single day, which is very similar to what we're doing. We actually have another Channel similar to this one, and they're posting a video almost every single day. And all it is is a short quiz that kind of perks your interest and tests whether you know these certain facts. And you can pick, and it's sort of like a game, and that's why these types of channels do really, really well. So we're going to show you how to create this right here.
So we've got our Niche picked out. The next thing we want to do is we want to head over to ChatGPT. And if you don't have a ChatGPT account, you can just click there and you can create an account. But we are going to use ChatGPT to actually create the trivia questions and the answers for us. In ChatGPT, in a matter of minutes, can create thousands of questions and answers just like this, and that's why we're using AI for this. In ChatGPT all you need to type (and I want you to type on this exact thing I'm going to give you the script)
Before we get into this, if this is too complicated for you, then you can just create an Excel Google sheet and just fill it out like I'm showing you on the screen if Visual Studio is too complicated for you. So you can do it like that. It does take a lot more work because you're manually copying and pasting all these questions and answers. But if you want to do it that way, that's fine. But I'm recommending you use Visual Studio. It's pretty simple if you just follow my instructions exactly.
Once we're in Visual Studio, then I want you to create a new folder and I want you to name it trivia.CSV. Now, once you do that, this is going to greet you with a new page and all you need to do is paste the code that you copied from ChatGPT and then click command or control S to save the project. And then go to the destination you save this file to and then double click the file, and you'll see that it's automatically in a Google or an Excel sheet. So you see how much more efficient this is instead of copying everything pasting and copying everything manually. That's why we said to do it in Visual Studio.
The next thing we're going to do is we're going to go over to Canva. It's a pretty simple software that you can use to actually create the videos itself. Once you are in Canva, I want you to just do a search for YouTube shorts and then just click customize template. And then delete everything in here because we don't need it. We want a blank canvas because we're creating a brand new video. Alright, now go to elements and then search up motion backgrounds, then go to the video section and select any background video that you want to use.
Now we're going to shorten this video to 15 seconds because these are just 15-second little short videos that are a quiz. Alright, now something you're frequently going to see with these Niche short channels is they always put their logo in the shorts. And so you can make a logo if you don't already have one and you can just put it in right here in the short, just right in the middle or somewhere that looks aesthetically pleasing.
Now after this, we're going to add our text and we're going to write out the question, and we're going to line this all up for what we're going to be doing later and change the font if you like as well. And then to animate it, we're going to go to animate and then we're going to choose the animation that you want. I'm going to be doing the typewriter one so that it looks like a typewriter as it types it out, and I'm going to add a background behind the text just so people can see the text better.
Now you just copy and paste this so all the attributes don't need to be readded and then type each one in order as you see it right here a, b, c, and d. Once we do that, let's add a clock. So we're going to click over here to elements and we're going to find a clock that we like. Then we're just going to size it up a little bit here so that it looks how we want it to look.
Now what we're going to do is called a time frame which is essentially an effect that makes the answers animate out after the amount of time that you want so it's going to make much more sense to you once you watch the video play. But go ahead and select all the answer a through d and then right-click and click on show timing. Then we're going to go ahead and move this playhead all the way to the 10-second mark and then we're going to do the same thing with the countdown clock and when you do it it will look like this where you see then after 10 seconds it will all animate out.
Alright now we will do the same thing with the final trivia answer but after the 10-second mark where the attributes disappear, we're going to add another animation here for the final answer to appear on the screen in the video. Now we have the animation template done and we are going to mass-produce the Thousand videos.
So once you're back in Canva, I want you to go down to apps and I want you to search for bulk create. And when you do that, you have an option to upload a CSV file. So in this case, we're going to go back to our CSV file that we made from ChatGPT earlier in the video, and we're going to import it into Canva using this app, and then boom, it's all there, look at that. So, now we have the questions and the answers, we have our animation, but they aren't linked together. So we need to connect the data to our animation to actually produce all these videos.
For the question, I want you to go up to the text question, then right-click it, and then select connect data then answer question one, and we're going to do the exact same thing for question two, question three, question four, and also for the answer. Great. Now once everything is connected, click on generate and boom, look at that, you just created a ton of shorts. You can just go through here and fix any font sizing that needs to be changed if there's any kind of weird stuff with the way it created all the videos and then once you're done, you're going to go to the top right and select share and then under the select pages make sure you have each page selected and then click download pages as separate files and then click download.
That is how you can create a content machine. You can create thousands of videos to blow up on social media. And you can begin to make ad revenue using these things. You can post these videos on Instagram, you can post them on YouTube shorts, you can post them on Tik Tok. You can really make a lot of money with ad revenue with simple little 15-second videos like this. So before we go, I do want to spend a little time talking about my free class. In the description of this video, if you watch this video and you're like, 'Man, this is kind of complicated, I don't know if I would really want to do this.' I have an entire class on how you can set up an online business that is 100% automated. You don't have to create videos, you don't have to use Canva, you don't have to do anything like that.
