Now, in today's video, we're going to be specifically focusing on freelancing. So I'm going to be teaching you guys how to make your first thousand dollars on Fiverr. I've personally been using Fiverr for just over a year now, and I've earned 1.3 million dollars in sales as you can see on the screen. Now, I'm going to be super honest with you guys. Getting your first hundred dollars on Fiverr is the absolute hardest part. But when you get past that and you start to get the ball rolling, I promise you, the money is gonna start coming in.

What I like to do is switch to a buyer account on Fiverr, and this is where I'll go ahead and type in the keyword for whatever gig I'm about to post. So, as a perfect example, I've actually got a custom tattoo gig on my profile at the time. What I did was I went on Fiverr, I typed up 'tattoo design,' and I saw the top ranking gigs. See what's working, look at the structure of the descriptions, what keywords are they using in the descriptions. I'm not saying obviously copy someone else's profile, but just model off what they're doing because clearly it works. That's why they're ranking. The trick is to basically just see what's working for other people and go ahead and recreate that in your own way.

Now, how do you get your first sale? Basically, to be able to get your first few sales on Fiverr, you're gonna have to just forget about the money for a second. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but to help your account grow as a new seller, you have to be able to work for close to nothing at the start just to be able to build up the reviews that are going to lead to more credibility and obviously more sales. All of the gigs that you see on my account right now all started at five dollars. So, the first few people did end up getting these complicated tattoo designs and landing pages and stuff like that for only five dollars. Does that mean that you have to half-ass the job? No, you put in a hundred percent of your effort and make sure that you go above and beyond for these first few buyers. This is where the good reviews come through. Naturally, you end up with repeat buyers.
