And now on upwork, there are a lot of YouTubers on here looking for people to do script writing for them. So all you do is sign up for an account, and it will connect you with YouTubers. But there's a hidden secret that not many people know about, and that is a website called YT jobs that I'm showing right here on my screen. And this is a website where it's specifically made for YouTubers to go and to find scriptwriters, video editors, all kinds of talent to help them with their videos. I personally go on this website to hire people like scriptwriters or anything that I need for my YouTube videos.

Leveraging Recommendations and Reviews to Propel Your Scriptwriting Career

I will give you a secret for both upwork and for YT jobs. The thing that I am personally looking for when I'm hiring a scriptwriter is someone who has already been recommended by other YouTubers and has done a great job. So what I really recommend that you do as the first thing that you do is do one or two jobs for a YouTuber and do it either for free or for extremely extremely cheap and do it just to get a couple of good reviews on your profile. And this is really crucial. If you've got one or two reviews from YouTubers that say, "Hey, they wrote a script for me, I loved it, they were prompt, they followed the directions and the script was awesome," then you're going to be much much more likely to be hired and sought out for by other YouTubers. And I know I personally will rarely look at anybody if they don't have already some recommendations from other YouTubers.

Exploring Alternative Models for Passive Income Generation

Again, like I said at the beginning of this video, this is obviously not a residual income business. So that's really the one disadvantage of this is that you do have to continually get more clients, and you have to continue to do the work of scriptwriting.
