Now, the demand for virtual assistants has massively grown in recent years, and here's why: over 3.8 million applications to start new businesses were filed in the first three quarters of 2022. By comparison, that is an 18% increase in the amount of businesses that were filed in 2020 - 18% increase, 3.8 million new businesses, that is a lot of new businesses.

So, where do you come in? Well, virtual assistant work is incredibly flexible and actually can be quite lucrative. What you need to do in order to make this work for you though is to figure out your areas of expertise; maybe you're really good at copywriting, maybe you're really tech-savvy, maybe you're just very good at admin work.
